SEO audit for Kenyan businesses — KES 35,000.
A complete diagnosis of what's holding your site back on Google — delivered in 5–7 days as a prioritized fix list.
KES 35,000 flat · 5–7 business days
If your traffic is flat and you don't know why, this is for you.
Most businesses that come to me aren't sure whether their SEO problem is technical, or content, or something someone else already tried and quietly failed to fix. Maybe you've paid for SEO before and never got visibility into what actually happened. Maybe you're weighing whether SEO is even worth serious investment for your business. The audit answers that first, honestly — before you commit to anything ongoing.
What's included.
-
Full technical crawl (site speed, Core Web Vitals, crawl errors, indexation, mobile usability)
The stuff that quietly caps your rankings no matter how good your content is.
-
On-page SEO review of top 20 pages (titles, meta, headings, internal links, content depth)
Where most sites leave easy wins on the table.
-
Google Search Console analysis (impressions, clicks, position trends, opportunity queries)
What Google already knows about your site that you probably haven’t looked at.
-
Competitor mapping (3 direct competitors — where they beat you, where you can beat them)
So you know exactly what you’re up against, not just in theory.
-
Google Business Profile audit
For most Kenyan SMEs, this is worth more than any single on-page fix.
-
Schema & entity review
The structured data that helps Google — and increasingly AI models — understand exactly who you are.
-
Prioritized fix list — critical, important, nice-to-have
So you know what to do first, not just what’s wrong.
-
1-hour walkthrough call
I explain every finding in plain language, not jargon.
-
2 weeks of WhatsApp Q&A after delivery
For the follow-up questions that come up once you start implementing.
How the audit works.
Day 1–2
Technical crawl, Search Console and Analytics data pull, competitor mapping.
Day 3–4
On-page review, schema and entity analysis, Google Business Profile audit.
Day 5
Prioritization, report writing, Loom recording.
Day 6–7
Walkthrough call, then a two-week Q&A window opens on WhatsApp.
What you get at the end.
A PDF report (roughly 15–20 pages) that doesn't just list problems but explains what each one costs you. A ~30-minute Loom walkthrough you can rewatch or share with your developer. A fix list ordered by priority that you can hand off or work through yourself. And two weeks of WhatsApp access to ask questions as you implement.
Who this is for — and who it isn't.
For:
Businesses with a site that's underperforming, agencies wanting a second opinion, and buyers who want to evaluate whether SEO is worth investing in seriously before committing to ongoing work.
Not for:
Brand-new sites with no data yet, businesses without a website at all, or buyers looking for a "quick fix" rather than a proper diagnosis.
Audit FAQ.
What if I don't understand the technical parts of the report?
That's what the walkthrough call is for. I explain every finding in plain language and translate technical issues into what they mean for your traffic and revenue — no jargon dump left for you to decipher alone.
Can I hire you to implement the fixes afterwards?
Yes. Many audit clients move to a monthly retainer to have me implement the fix list directly. The audit fee is credited against your first retainer month if you sign within 30 days.
Do you audit e-commerce sites?
Yes, with some adjustments for product page templates, category structure, and faceted navigation — areas that cause the most technical SEO problems on e-commerce specifically.
What if I've already had an audit from someone else?
Send it over before we start. If it's thorough and current, I'll tell you honestly rather than charging you to repeat it. Often prior audits are outdated or too generic to actually act on, in which case a fresh one is worth it.
Do you work with WordPress / Shopify / Wix / custom sites?
Yes, all of them. The audit process adapts to your platform — the technical fixes differ, but the diagnostic approach is the same across WordPress, Shopify, Wix, and custom-built sites.
